AKA Fitness is an on-site or on-line health and wellness program that is designed to meet the individual needs of each client. Our purpose is to help you achieve your goals through a process that is geared towards a consciousness of lifestyle, in addition to physical activity and well being.Once starting with AKA Fitness you are individually health screened, measured and asked in depth personal questions that will help in the specific design of your program. Each program is designed around your current interests, desires and time. All areas of good health will be covered in your program and will include: cardiovascular exercise, resistance training and nutrition, as well as rest and recovery. Once given your program you will be in daily contact with AKA Fitness where you will share accountability with your own personal health trainer/coach for a minimum of four weeks. This time is dedicated solely for ensuring a foundation of fitness is being properly established in order for lifetime of changes in health to occur. |
